Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared N. RICHARD SCHOPP, Esquire, who, being duly sworn,
says that he is the lienor herein or the authorized agent
or attorney for the lienor, MLP CONSTRUCTION, INC., A FLORIDA
CORPORATION, whose address is 761 S.E. Sweetbay Avenue, Port
St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and that in pursuant with a contract
with GREENBRIER PLAZA, INC., lienor furnished labor, services
and materials as prime contractor on the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 4, FLORIDA COASTLINE CANAL &
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
according to the Plat thereof as

of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Owned by GREENBRIER PLAZA, INC., for a total contract price of
$247,802.00 plus extras, of which there remains unpaid $79,312.00,
and furnished the same on June 13, 1979, and the last of the sane
