CROWLEY, as Trustee for KA ANN C an ONALD C. CROWLEY, of
Alexandria, Virginia, parties of the first part, and ANN Y. CROWLEY, as sole ~ o
owner, whose mailing address is: 2403 Stirrup Lane, Alexandria, Virginia '
22308, party of the second part.
MITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in City
- of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to wit:
~ ~ Lot 17, Block 1365 of Port St. Lucie, Section 14, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 5, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, being the same property conveyed by deed dated 15
September, 1978 and recorded in Book 304, Page 2920 of the records of said
county,
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and -
easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the
~ year 1979.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
- whomsoever. The purpose of this conveyance is to correct the name of the
- - grantee appearing on the last deed to subject property.
