THIS CAUSE having come on pursuant to F.S. § 78.068 on the
Plaintiff's petit-ion for the issuance of a prejudgment Writ of Replevin
and the Court having found form the verified petition or separate
affidavit of the Petitioner that the Defendant is engaging in or is

about to engage in conduct that may place the claimed property in

danger of destruction, concealment, waste, removal from the state,
i
removal from the jurisdiction of the Court, or transfer to an innocent
~ purchaser, during the pendency of the action, or that the Defendant has

failed to make payment as agreed; it is, upon consideration:
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
~ 1. The Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to issue a
prejudgment Writ of Replevin direct to the following goods and chattels
in possession NED McCUTCHEON at Avenue S or 25th Street, Fort Piece
Florida forthwith:
(a) 1977 Blud Dodge Maxi Van Serial NoB256F7K164726.
2. Tehe Petitioner is hereby ordered to post a bond with the
Clerk of this Court pursuant to law in the amount of ~ ~ {
