owing on the agreement in the Statement of Claim heretofore filed
in this cause by the Plaintiff, said bond to be for the satisfaction
of any judgment against the Defendant which may be hereafter rendered
against him in this cause.
4. The Defendnt, in lieu of posting said bond, may by
contradictory motion filed with this Court within ten (10) days after
service of the said prejudgment Nrit of Replevin, obtain the dissolution
of said Writ unless the Petitioner herein proves the ground upon which
the Writ was issued. Said motion shall be set down for an immediate
hearing .
