to as the mortgagors, by Indenture of 2~lortgage bearing date the 26th day of tray,
A.D. 1977, and recorded~in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the Camty of St. Iucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Boric 268, page
2629, granted and conveyed unto CHARIT.S t1. CROOKS and EDfAARD F. NC4JBERCEIt to secure
the sum of SIXTY-FIVE THOi~SArID AND Iv0/100 ($65,000.00) Dollars, with interest as
therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor, ECJ~'ARD F. NEWBERGER, has aussig~ed his in-
terest in said Mortgage to SANDI FAY a/k/a Sandi Fay, by Assignment of
'rbrtgage dated February 2, 1978, recorded February 3, 1978 in Official Record Book
281, page 1137, public records of St. Lucie Camty, Florida;
ADID W ~ ~ SANDI FAY NEWBERCER has conveyed her interest in said rbrtgage
to NEIl:.~l R. FAY, as TYVStee for herself , MLRIAM F . KUSTER and CARD:. F . BARNES , by
AssignII~ent of i~brtgagee's Interest in rbrtgage dated May 30, 1978 and recorded
June 2, 1978 in Official Record Book 288, page 574, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and subsequent to said Assigpn~ent the said 1-IE1~1V R. FAY died,
a certified copy of Death Certificate is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
and the said A. N. SPEN(E was appointed as Successor - Tnistee under the aforesaid
document assigned in TYUSt in Official Record. Book 288, page 574, who by execution
of this instnment does hereby state that said Trust as set forth in Official
Record Book 288, page 574, is still in full force and effect and the same has not
been revoked;
AND Wes, the said mortgagees, after the several assig~~ents, consist of

holders and owners of said mortgage, to release the premises hereinafter described,

NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mortgagees, in consideration of the ?

j premises conveyed by said trtgage, more particularly described as follows:
' Begin at the intersection of the East right-of-way of Header Canal with the North line
of South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East; thence run East along the North line of said South 1/2 of the North 1/2
j of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24 a distance of 1298.9 feet to the center line of a
drainage ditch for the point of beginning; thence continue on said last mentioned line
a distance of 860 feet; thence turn on the angle of 90° and run South a distance of
152 feet; thence turn at an angle of 90° and run West and parallel to the North line
~ of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24 a distance of
860 feet to the center line of said drainage ditch; thence run North along the center
line of said drainage ditch a distance of 152 feet to the point of beginning. To-
gether with an easement for ingress and egress over the North 30 feet of the in'est
1298.9 feet of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section
~ 24, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, this being a nonexclusive easement and the
grantor reserves the right to grant sinri.lar easements to other parties, and the pur-
pose of this easement is to get to and from-the property above described. Said land
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
