a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 18, Paye 7, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THIS DECI.AItATION is made the date set forth

"Developer", VOLUME LAND & DEVELOPMENT, INC., and ADEI,YN fit.
YANKOSKI, being all the owners of record of the real property
included in Vikings Landing, Phase One. Hereinafter these
persons will sometimes be r~~ferred to colic~ctively Las the
"owners".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in September, 1977, the Developer was the
owner in fee simple of all of the property in the subdivision
described in Article One of this Declaration; and
k WHEREAS, the subdivision, Vikings Landing Phase
One, consists of lots 1 through 26 (excluding lots 18 and
20, which are part of Phase Two);
