DECLARATION OI' PROTECTIVE COVENANTS COVERING ALL OF
VIKINGS LANDING, PHASE ONE
a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida, _
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 18, Paye 7, of the Public Records of St.
i.ucie County, Florida.
THIS DECLARATION is made the date set forth
hereinbelow by JOHN W. BARKLEY, JR., C. F. SHAWVER CONSTRUC-
TION, INC., PRESTON D. HIX b CARMELA F. HIX, MIDSTATE LAND
AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., JACQUELINE MALONEY MUSLER, DIANA M.
MYRON, PALMER CONSTRUCTION, INC., PETER PARIS, JR. b MARJORIE
PARIS, KENNETH PERONA b PAMELA J. PERONA, EIGIL PETERSON b
ELSIE PETERSON, GERHARD K. SOTTORF b SONYA SOTTORF, VICTORY
CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida corporation doing business in
St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Developer", VOLUME LAND b DEVELOPMENT, INC., and ADELYN M.
YANKOSKI, being all the owners of record of the real property
included in Vikings Landing, Phase One. Hereinafter these
persons will sometimes be referred to collectively as the
"Owners"..
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in September, 1977, the Developer was the
owner in fee simple of all of the property in the subdivision
described in Article One of this Declaration; and
I WHEREAS, the subdivision, Vikings Landing Phase
! One, consists of lots 1 through 26 (excluding lots 18 and
20, which are part of Phase Two);
WHEREAS, the current owners of record ~f the lots
in the subdivision are as follows:
