DECLARATION OF' PROTECTIVE COVENANTS COVERING ALL OF
VIKINGS LANDING, PHASE ONE
a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 18, Page 7, of the Public Records of St. -
Lucie County, Florida. -
THIS DECLARATION .is made the date set forth

St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Developer", VOLUME LAND b DEVELOPMENT, INC., and ADELYN M.
YANKOSKI, being all the owners of record of the real property
included in Vikings Landing, Phase One. Hereinafter these
persons will sometimes be referred to collectively as the `
"Owners".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in September, 1977, the Developer was the
owner in fee simple of all of the property in the subdivision
described in Article Une of this Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision, Vikings Landing Phase
One, consists of lots 1 through 26 (excluding lots 18 and
