VIKINGS LANDING, PHASE ONE
a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 18, Page 7, of the P~~blic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THIS DECLARA'!'ION is made the date set forth

TION, INC., PRESTON D. HIX & CARMELA F. HIX, MIDSTATE LAND
AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., JACQUELINE MALONEY MUSI,ER, DIANA M.

YANKOSKI, being all the owners of record of. the real property
included in Vikings Landing, Phase One. Hereinafter these
persons will sometimes be referred to collectively as the
"Owners".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in September, 197?, the Developer was the
owner in fee simple of all of the property in the subdivision
described in Article One of this Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision, Vikings Landing Phase
One, consists of lots 1 through 26 (excluding Lots 18 and
20, which are part of Phase Two);
WHEREAS, the current owners of record of the lots
in the subdivision are as follows:
