simple title to any lot in the Subdivision, but shall not
refer to or mean any mortgagee unless and until such mort-
gagee has acquired title to such a lot pursuant to for~-
closure or any proceeding in lieu of foreclosure..'
(f) "Properties" shall mean and refer to that
certain real property hereinbefore described, and such
additions thereto as may hereafter be brought within the
jurisdiction of the Association.
(g) "Lot" shall mean and rifer to any plot of
land shown upcin any recorded Subdivision map of the Properties.

Whether or not pro~~ision therefore is specifically
stated in any convey?3nce made b}• the DevLloper or the other
current Owners of record of their respective lots in the
Subdivision, the Owner or occupant of each such lot, by
acceptance o~ title thereto or b}• taking possession thereof,
covenants and agrees to all of tre provisions this
Declaration of Protective Covenants.
ARTICLE LL'
(3SE RESTRICTIONS
1. No tents or temporary buildings shall be
erected upon said lots nor shall any trailers be placed
thereon without consent in writing from the Association
j herein. No fences or hedges shall be over four (4) feet in
i height with exception of rear lot line of all lots.
! 2. The plans of all buildings to be erected on
the lots shall be submitted in advance to the Association,
its successors, or assigns, and its approval thereof obtained

The Association shall approve or disappro•Je such plans
