QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ duy of ,1~p4~~ ,
1979 between Philip Tarmey, single, of New Durham, County of
Strafford and State of New Hampshire, party of the first part, ~,1
and Helen E. Tarmey of New Durham, County of Strafford and State
of New Hampshire, party of the second part, whose post office
address is Birch Hill Road, New Durham, New Hampshire 03855,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN DOLLARS Ai~iD OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSID
ERATION to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released
and quitclaimed to the party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and
being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State
of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 1201 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 8, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 38A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie-County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limita-
tions and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordi-
nances and taxes for the year 1979.
And the said party of the first part does hereby warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons claiming by or under him.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has affixed
his hand on the day and date first above written.
