ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC . , the owner and holder of that
certain mortgage dated December 27, 1977, and executed by ROBERT &
DENEAN RIVERA, and the note secured thereby and recorded in Official Re-
cords Book 321, Page 922, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
considerations received from HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF HOLLYWOOD, hereby on this 21st day of December, 1979, does transfer
and assign the said mortgage and the note and debt described therein to
HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD.
