I, SAMUEL G. LAITY, a citizen and resident of Winter Park,
Orange County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind
and memory, do hereby make, gublish and declare this inst_cu-
ment as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any acid
all Wills, Codicils and letters of testamentary import I :=ormerly
may have made.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all estate, inheritance and other deatl?
taxes of any nature,~together with any interest and penal~_fes
thereon, which may be payable upon or with respect to all
property, including but not limited to homestead property,
required to be included in my gross estate or taxable to <<ny
person receiving the same under the provisions of any pre::ent
or future domestic or foreign-laws, regardless of whether
such property passes under or outside of this Will or a Codicil
thereto or whether such taxes are payable by my estate or
by any recipient or beneficiary of any such property, shall
be paid, or other provision therefor made, by my Personal
Representatives hereunder and the Trustee under that cert~?in

Estate held under said Trust Agreement or, if such Trust Estate
\ should be insufficient, out of that part of my probate estate
to be distributed to said Trustee under Article III of this
