property, including automobiles, together with any property
insurance on such property, which I may own at the time of
my death. This bequest does not include any household furn-
ishings, silverware, china or linens used by my spouse and
me for the reason that these items are and have been her property
absolutely; and to such extent as may be necessary, I hereby
confirm her absolute ownership thereof.
B. If my spouse predeceases me, I bequeath any and .all
of my tangible personal property in approximately equal shares
to my children who survive me, or, if none of my children
survive me, to their issue, per stirpes. My children or tl?eir
issue, whichever the case may be, shall divide said property
among themselves amicably if able to do so;,otherwise, my
Personal Representatives shall make the division in any manner
deemed advisable, and the decisions of my Personal Represenaatives
relative thereto shall be final and binding.on all concerned.
ARTICLE III
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property of whatsoever kind or character and wheresoever
,situate, whether presently owned or hereafter acquired by
me, including the proceeds from any insurance policies which
,f are payable to my Personal Representatives or my estate, to

the Trustee under that certain rust A ment heretofore
executed by me dated the ~ l ~ day of j, ~ - ~ , 1968,
to be added to the Trust Estate held thereunder and managed,
~ invested and distributed by said Trustee for the uses and
purposes and upon the terms and conditions set forth in said
Trust Agreement.
ARTICLE IV
A. I appoint the following to serve together as Personal
Representatives of my estate:
1. ELVIN R. LATTY, Durham, North Carolina.
2. THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT ORLANDO, Orlando, Florida.
