8. I appoint BASIL A. LATTY to serve as substitute or
successor Personal Representative in place of ELVIN R. LATTY
in the event he should be or become unable or unwilling to
serve in this capacity.
C. In the event all of the above-named individual Personal
Representatives should be or become unable or unwilling to
serve in this capacity, the above-named corporation shall
thereafter serve alone as Personal Representative.
D. In the event my spouse predeceases me and I die during
the minority of any of our children, I appoint
as Guardian of the person and property of such minor children.
E. I direct that no Personal Representative or Guardian
I named in this Article shall be required to furnish any bona
or other security in any jurisdiction for the faithful perEorm-
ance of his or her duties as such, the same being specific311y
waived hereby.
i F. Any successor Personal Representative to THE FIRSP

NATIONAL BANK AT ORLANDO, whether by consolidation, merger,

transfer of trust business, conversion into a different type
organization, resignation or otherwise shall succeed as Personal

Representative with like effect as though originally named

` In addition to and not in limitation by way of implication

f or otherwise of the powers and discretions elsewhere herein
granted or those conferred by Iaw, I give and grant to my
F Personal Representatives the power and authority to do any
of the following as in their unrestricted judgment and discretion
they deem advisable for the better management and preservation
of my property, without resort to any person or court for
further authority:
A. To retain such property as an investment without
