to subdivide it, to vacate any subdivision or any part thereof
and resubdivide it from time to time, to lease it in whole or
in part, and to renew, extend, contract for, and grant options
in connection with leases. Leases, contracts to sell, mortgages
and any contract entered into by them can be made on any terms
and for any period, including a period beyond the duratio~i or
termination of any trust.
ARTICLE VI
Whenever used in this Will, unless the context of amp
passage thereof requires otherwise:
A. The singular includes the plural and the plural
includes the singular.
B. The term "Personal Representatives" include:
executor, executrix,.executors, executrixes, and administ~~ator,
administratoix, administrators, and administratrixes, with
or without the Will annexed, as well as all their substitutes

and successors.
C. The term "my spouse" means my wife, EUGENIA C. LATTY.

D. The to rms "child" and "children".shall mean
my descendants by blood of the first degree and persons conceived
but not yet born.
E. The term "issue" shall be limited to lawful issue

and shall include descendants by blood and persons conceived

f but not yet born.
F. Legally adopted children shall be deemed to
3 be natural born children of their adoptive parents, and terms
~ of kinshi or descent used herein shall be construed accordin 1
