Florida Department of Transportation, Motion to Dismiss
and the Plaintiff and Defendant Florida Department of
Transportation having agreed to the entry of this Order,
it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all counts of Plaintiffs'
Complaint be and they are hereby dismissed with prejudice
as to the Defendant Florida Department of Transportation,
each party to bear their own costs.
