HomeMy WebLinkAbout2483 • 3. Plaintiff acquired title to said land under and by virtue of a tax sale for the non-payment of taxes by Defendants, MARIA GOMEZ and ARTURO M. GOMEZ, et al. 4. That all proceedings had therein for the sale of said land in default of the payment of taxes by Defendants, MARIA GOMEZ and ARTURO M. GOMEZ, et al, and the issuance of the tax deed by the County of St. Lucie were strictly in conformity with law. 5. That any claim of estate or interest in said land by Defendants, MARIA GOMEZ and ARTURO M. GOMEZ, et al, or anyone claiming under them is null and void and of no legal effect whatsoever. n ~U 6 .
