by virtue of a tax sale for the non-payment of taxes by Defendants,
ALEJANDRO G. KOKIN VALIER, et al.
4. That all proceedings had therein for the sale of
said land in default of the payment of taxes by Defendants,
ALEJANDRO G. KOKIN VALIER, et al, and the
issuance of the tax deed by the County of St. Lucie were strictly
in conformity with law.
5. That any claim of estate or interest in said land
by Defendants, ALEJANDRO G. KOKIN VALIER, et al,
or anyone claiming under them is null and void and of no legal
effect whatsoever. ~

6. That the sum of ~ as compen-
j sation for ANDREW T. COUTANT, as Guardian Ad Litem for all unknown
defendants, is taxed as an item of costs and all costs are taxed
