Grantees confirm that all warranties, representations and
inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or
:guarantee is made or intended to be made or relied upon except where
the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid
Declaration and Exhibits thereto. ~
