FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff, by and through his undersigned attornep
of record, for the entry of a Final. Judgment as provided by the
laws of the State of Florida, upon the Affidavit of Plaintiff
and upon the answer of the Guardian Ad Litem, the said Guardian
Ad Litem being present in Court, it appearing to the Court that
' ~ all of the requirements for service have been met and the Court
j having been fully advised in the matter, it is therefore
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this is an action pursuant to Fla. Stat.
65.081 to quiet and confirm the title of Plaintiff in and to
land located in St. Lucie County, Florida. .
2. That Plaintiff is the bona fide owner in fee
simple of the following described property in St. Lucie County,
. Florida:
Lot 2, Block-597 of Port St. Lucie
~ Section 13, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 4, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
