Plaintiff acquired title to said land under and by ? virtue of a tax sale for the non-payment of taxes by Defendants, SIMON AGUIRRIE and ANTONIA AGUIRRIE, his wife, et al. That the caste set firth on the tax deed on file in this case of Certificate #865 as being May 26, 1978, is in error and Certificate #865 was sold on May 26, 1976, and that tax deed is hereby accordingly amended. 5. That all proceedings had therein for the sale of said land in default of the payment of taxes by Defendants, ~ SIMON AGUIRRIE and ANTONIA AGUIRRIE, his wife, et al, and the issuance of the tax deed by the County of St. Lucie were strictly in conformity with law. 6. That any claim of estate or interest in said land by Defendants, SIMON AGUIRRIE and ANTONIA AGUIRRIE, his wife, et al~, or anyone claiming under them is null and void and of no legal effect whatsoever.
