WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of May, 1979, BETWEEN

FLORENCE GARTEN, the unremarried widow of Irving
Garten, sometimes also known as I. Garten, deceased,
individually and as such decedent's surviving
spouse; and
HERBERT S. GARTEN and ARTHUR GARTEN, as Executors,
under the Last Will and Testament of Irving Garten,
sometimes also known as I. Garten deceased; and
ARTHUR GARTEN, LYNNORE GARTEN MOSS, and HERBERT S.
GARTEN, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament
of Irving Garten, sometimes also known as I. Garten,
deceased;
of the County of Dade, State of Florida, grantor*, and
INDIANTOWN LAND, INC.

WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN Dollars, and other good and valuable considera-
tions to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns -
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 7 and W1/2 of Lot 8 in Section 19,
Township 35 South, Range 41 East, less
1.28 acres in right of way deed,
containing 70.90 acres, more or less,
St. Lucie County, Florida. -
The South 2/3 of Government Lots 1 and 2
of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range
41 East, comprising 61.70 acres, more or
less, St. Lucie County, Florida.
