WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, Made this 17th day of December A. D. ~ ~

THAT the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
'is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever the
