Now should it become necessary to collect this promissory note
through an attorney, either of us, whether maker, security or endorser
on this note hereby agrees to pay all costs of collection, including
a reasonable attorney's fee.

The drawers and endorsers severally waive presentment, protest,
and notice of protest for non-payment. of this promissory note, and
all defenses on the ground of any extension of the time of its pay-
ments that may be given by the holder or holders to them, or either
of them, or to the maker or makers thereof, and any and all renewals
thereof . '
Prepayment, without penalty, may be made in whole or in part
at any time.
