RESOLUTION NO. 79-110
SATISFACTION OF LIEN ,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of
Florida, 1969, on the 14th day of December, 1976 filed alien
i
against DORA E. HICKSON on the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Blook 11, Lot 6, Sunland Gardens
in the amount of $3.00, said lien being recorded in OR Book 261
at pages 1086-1092 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been patid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
11th day of December, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk of •
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to cancel the Same of record.
