7. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Clerk ~

sufficient by paying: First, all of Plaintiff(s)' costs; Second, f
documentary stamps affixed to the Certificate; Third, Plaintiff(s)'
attorney's fees; Fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff(s) plus

interest at the rate of ten (108) per cent per annum from this {
dlte to the date of disbursement to the Plaintiff(s); and by
retaining any amount remaining pending the further Order of this
Court. `
8. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendant(s)
and all persons claiming under or against them sinco tho filing
of the Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim
in the property, and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into
possession of the property.

9.~ Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further Orders as are proper, including, without limitations,
Writs of Assistance_ and Deficiency Judgments.
