NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment
of Foreclosure dated and entered in
Case No. 79-434 CA of the Circuit Court of the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein REGINA GETZ is the
Plaintiff and ANNIE L. GALLOWAY
is the Defendant , I will sell~to the
highest and best bidder for cash at the front door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce
St. Lucie County, Florida, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. on the
day of 1989 the following described
property as set f h ins id Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 13 in Block 4, of IRENE PLAZA according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 33,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
together with the improvements thereon and all
furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein,
replacements thereof and additions thereto.
