TIIIS CAUSC came on to be heard on December 19, 1979, a default

having been entered against the Defendants, the Court having heard
the evidence presented by the Plaintiff and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, finds as follows:

1. There is owed to the Plaintiff by the Defendants P.OY FOSTER
and TESSIE•FOSTER, his wife, jointly and severally, the principal sum
I of $3,241.54_, interest in the ar.>dunt of $54.02, and late charges in the
amount of $36.91.
2. The Court further finds that $300.00 is a reasonable attorney's
tees for the entire suit and that court costs were incurred in the
ac~eunt of $54.00.
