THIS CAUSE having come on before the undersigned'upon~~
Defendants' Motion to Dismiss or Stay, and Stipulations of the
parties, the Court having considered same and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That-the Lis Pendens heretofore filed on the following
described real property:
That certain condominium parcel being Unit 803,
a condominium in accordance with and subject to .
the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms
~ and other provisions of that Declaration of
Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a
condominium in O.R. Book 254, beginning on Page
2128, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby dissolved. It is further Ordered that
~ said Lis Pendens shall remain in full force and effect on the
remaining vroperty contained in Plaintiff's Notice of Lis Pendens
dated the 19th day of November, 1979.
2. That this action will be temporarily stayed until
March 1, 1980, and the Defendants shall not be required to file
an Answer or other pleading until such date.
