I, WALTER H. SANDERSON, being domiciled in the Township
of Greenbrook, County of Somerset, and State of New Jersey,
being of sound,'sane and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and hereby revoke all wills and codicils previously.

' FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and my funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and the costs of adminis-
tering my estate be paid as soon as gracticable after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
- residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed,
wheresoever situated and of whatsoever nature, which I may own
{ or have a right to dispose of by will at the time of my death,
including any property over which I have a power of appointment,
~ to my wife, ANNE SANDERSON, absolutely, if she shall_ survive me.
THIRD: In the event that my wife, Anne Sanderson, shall
not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, E
residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed,

meat, to Judith Rose Burn Ann Burns, Eleanor R. Sanderson, and '

Olive Ada Sanderson, share and share alike. In the event the
said Ann Burns, is a minor at the time o£, zny death, I direct
that her share shall be held in trust by her mother, Judith Rose '
Burns, until the said Ann Burns attains the age of 21 years.
