FOURTH: If any beneficiary under this my Will and I
shall die under such circumstances that there is reasonable doubt
' as to who died first, I direct that such beneficiary shall be
conclusively presumed not to have survived me.
FIFTH: I appoint my wife; Anne Sanderson, Executrix
of this my Will. Yn the event my said wife predeceases me, or '
shall fail to qualify or for any reason cease to act, I appoint
Joseph C. Doren, Executor.
SIXTH: I direct that no bond or other security shall
be required in any jurisdiction of any Executor or Trustee named
herein .
. SEVENTH: I give ar~y Executor, acting under this my Will,
. the fullest power in all matters having to do with the adminis-
tration of my estate, with authority to do all acts which I s
might or could do if living, including, without limitation,
i
complete power and authority to retain any property owned by me f
at the time of my death, invest without restriction to invest-
i
ments permitted by law, sell at public or private sale, for cash
or credit, with or without security, mortgage, lease and dispose
of and distribute in kind all property, real, personal and mixed,
at such times and upon such terms and conditions as my Executor
'may deem advisable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
