KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten (610.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, the undersigned has released, acquitted, and forever dis-
charged, and by these: presents does for himself, his heirs, representa-
tives, successors, and assigns, release, acquit, and forever discharge
from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, or causes of
action that the undersigned has or may have as a result of furnishing
labor and/or materials for improvements to the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 162, Port St. Lucie, Section four,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 12, pages 14A through 14G, of the Pub-
lic Records o~ St. Lucie County, Florida.
Owned by: A&F Builders, Inc.
The undersigned does further, for himself, his heirs,
legal representatives, successors, and assigns, declare that cer-.
tain line claimed against the above-described property and evidenced
iiy a claim of lien filed in Official Records Book 297, Page 730,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida~ully RELIN-
QUISHED, SATISFIED, and DISCHARGED.
