SUBJECT to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants of record.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Joseph E. Beale, Jr. and Dorothy F. Beale,
his wife, to First National Bank of Fort Pierce, dated the 10th day of December, ?
