19. NOTICES. Wherever notices are required to be sent
hereunder, the same may be delivered to the unit owners either
personally or by mail, addressed to such unit owners at 2900 #
AmeriFirst Building, 1 S. E. 3rd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33133
unless the unit owner has, by written notice duly receipted
for, specificed a different address. Proof of such mailing or
personal delivery by the Association shall be given by the
Affidavit of the person mailing or personally delivering said
notices. Notices to the Association shall be delivered by mail !
to the Secretary of the Association, at the Secretary's
residence or in case of the Secretary's absence, then the
President of the Board oP Directors oP the Association. The
change of the mailing address of any party as specified herein '
shall not require an Amendment to this Declaration.

All notices shall be deemed and considered sent when
mailed. Any party may change his or its mailing address by
written notice, duly receipted for. Notices required to be
given the personal representatives of a deceased owner or .
devisee, when there is no personal representative, may be
delivered either personally or by mail to such party at his or
its address appearing in the records of the Court wherein the
Estate of such deceased owner is being administered. The
change of the mailing address of any party, as specified
herein, shall not require an amendment to the Declaration.
20. REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS. The "Remedies for
Violation" provided for by the Condominium Act, shall be in
full force and effect. In addition thereto, should the
Association on behalf of the Association, if one is employed,
find it necessary to bring a Court action to bring about
compliance with the law, this Declaration and Exhibits attached
to this Declaration, upon a finding by the Court that the =
r violating shall reimburse the Association Por reasonable
' attorney's fees incurred by it in bringing such action, as
~ determined by the Court.
21. GENDER. Whenever the context so requires, the use of
any gender shall be~deemed to include all genders, and the use
of the singular shall include the plural, and plural shall
include the singular. The provisions of the Declaration shall
be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose of creating a
uniform plan for the operation of a Condominium.
~ 22. CAPTIONS. The captions used in this Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits annexed hereto are inserted solely as
a matter of convenience and shall not be relied upon and/or
used in construing the effect or meaning of any of the text of
this Declaration or Exhibits hereto annexed.
23. THE ASSOCIATION. Condominium Association, by its
execution of this Declaration of Condominiwn, approves the
f oregoing and all of the covenants, terms and conditions,
duties and obligations of this Declaration of Condominium and
Exhibits attached thereto. The condominium unit owners, by
virtue of their acceptance of the Deed of Conveyance as to
a their condominium unit, hereby approve the foregoing and all of
the terms and conditions, duties and obligations of this t-
Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
