ARTICLES OF AHENDMENT TO
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION INCREASING CAPITALIZATION
OF
PIONEER GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
The undersigned, MILTON H. HATFIELD. the incorporator
and director of PIONEER GRAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ~
hereby executed these Articles of Amendment to Articles of ~
F.S. 07.187 2 and states:
Incorporation pursuant to S6 ( )

1. The number of shares which the corporation shall
have authority to issue, before ~.hg effective date of this amendment
is ten (10) shares of common stock of no par value.
2. The Articles of Incorporation are hereby amended to
increase the number of shares of common stock having no par value
to One Hundred (100) shares and Article IV of-said Articles of f
Incorporation shall henceforth read:

"ARTICLE IV - CAPITAL STOCK
The aggregate number of shares which the corporation
shall have authority to_issue is One Hundred (100) shares of
common stock having no par value."

3. This Amendment is made by the incorporator and

director, does hereby execute these Articles of Amendment to
Articles of Incorporation, this day of December, 1979.
