OF
PIONEER (TROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
a corporation for profit
under the laws of the State of Florida
ARTICLE I '
Identity
These are the By-Laws of PIONEER GROVE CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., herein called the Association, a corporation
for profit, organized pursuant to Chapter 607, Florida
Statutes. The Association has been organized for the purpose
of managing, operating and administering a condominium pursuant ~
to Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, herein called the Condominium ~
Act, which condominium is identified by the name Pioneer (Trove,
a condominiwn (whose business office is 2900 Amerifirst
Building, 1 S. E..3rd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33]33) upon land
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, which is more fully
described in the Declaration of Condominiums. '
1.1 The office of the Association shall be designated by
the Board of Directors.
1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the
calendar year.
1.3 The seal of the corporation shall bear the name of
the corporation, the word "Florida", the word "Corporation" and ;
year of incorporation. }

Members' Meetings. ~

2.1 The annual members' meeting shall be held at the
~ office of the Association at 2:00 o'clock P.M., Eastern
Standard Time, on the third Wednesday in January of each year '
for the purpose of electing directors and of transacting any
other business authorized to be transacted by the members;
~ provided, however, if that day is a legal holiday, the meeting
~ shall be held at the same hour on the next business day. The
annual meeting may be waived by a unanimous agreement of the
members in writing which provides for the naming of Directors
not otherwise designated.
2.2 Special members' meetings shall be held whenever
called by the President or Vice President or by a majority of
~ the Board of Directors, and must be called by such officers
upon receipt of a written request from members entitled to cast
one-third of the votes of the entire membership.
g 2.3 Notice of all members' meetings stating the time and
place and the obJects for which the meeting is called shall be
given by the President or Vice President or Secretary unless
waived in writing. Such notice shall be in writing to each
