8.3 A copy of each amendment shall be attached to a
certificate certifying that the amera}ment was duly adopted as ~
an amendment of the Declaration and By-Laws, which certificate ~
shall be executed by the officers of the Association with the
formalities of a deed. The amendment shall be effective when
such certificate and copy of the amendment are recorded in they' '
public records of St. Lucie, County, Florida. 1
The foregoing were adopted as the By-Laws of PIONEER (iROV~
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation for profit, under
the laws of the State of Florida, at he first meeting of the .
Board of Directors on December 1979•
