This deed is given subject to that certain mortgage from Grantors herein to t
M. Vernon Jenkins and Dorothy Henry Jenkins, his wife, dated December 30, 1977,
recorded December 30, 1977 in Official Records Book 279, Page 2169, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said mortgage Grantee herein assumes and
agrees to pay. ~
This deed is given subject to that easement contained in that Warranty Deed from Beal
to Hamilton recorded in O.R. Book 66, Page 242, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
