This mortgage is a second purchase money mortgage subject to that certain

mortgage dated December 30, 1977 from Vincent J. Donahue and Shirley M.
Donahue, his wife, to M. Vernon Jenkins and Dorothy Henry Jenkins, his wife,
recorded December 30, 1977, in Official Records Book 279, Page 2169, Public
j Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This mortgage is not to be prepayable during the calendar year of closing; this
~ mortgage may be prepaid on the first, second, third, fourth or fifth anniversary

date upon paytlent to payors of a prepayment penalty in the amount of 5X of the
outstanding balance of this mortgage at the time of said prepayment.
Mortgagees herein shall look solely to the property encumbered by this mortgage
C as the sole security for payment of this promissory note secured by this
