shall be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses
of such collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee thereon.
The maker hereof reserves the right of prepayment of any
portion or all of the remaining principal balance of this note
without penalty.
In the event VIOLET MELINE becomes incompetent, the
promissor reserves the right to make the first, fifth and ninth
payments to a trustee to be appointed by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be held for her until she is declared competent,
or in the event of her death, to be paid into her estate.
