Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run on a bearing of
S2°46'30" E along the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, a distance of 33.04 feet
to a point on the Southerly right of way line of Kirby Loop
Road; thence run-East along said right of way a distance
of 660.65 feet to a point; thence run South a distance of
580 feet to a point; thence run East a distance of 25.37
feet to the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning
continue East a distance of 305.0 feet to a point; thence
run N18°16'12" E a distance of 157.96 feet to a point; thence
run West a distance of 288.68 feet to a point on a curve which
has a radial bearing N:81°09'00"W; thence run Southerly along
the arc of a curve concave to the k'est having a radius of
260.0 feet and a central angle of 21°09'00" a distance of
95.98 feet to a point of tangency; thence run S.30°00'00"
W a distance of 55.37 feetto a point of curvature; thence
run along the arc of a curve concave to the East having a
