Partnership known as Plaza Development Associates.
2. That the names and the interests of all of the partners
of Plaza Development Associates, a Florida General Partnership as
of this date are as follows:

Majorie I. Plociennik (10$); L. B. Owen and Frances H. Owen (10$);
Joseph D. Beasley (10$); and Ora Beasley (10$) have the authority
pursuant to the Partnership Agreement of PLAZA DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES
to (as confirmed by affidavit recorded in O.R.Book 307,Page 2490,
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida) to convey the ~
land owned by the Partnership to Mortimer M.Williams and Michael
Fiorillo as tenants in common.
