THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this 27th day of December,
A.D. 1979, by

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party a Life Estate for the
duration of the life of said second party n an to t e following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
The East 100.44 feet of the West 210.88 feet of the
Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 7, Township
35 South, Range 40-East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
Less and excepting the South 49.5 feet and less and ~
expecting the North 132 feet.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, ~
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim 1
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
