ASSIGNMENT OF LSASB AGREEMENT
ROYAL PALM CENTER, FT. PIERCE, FLORIDA ~
THIS ASSIGNMENT made and entered into as of the
14th day of August, 1979, by FAIRLANS/LITCHFIELD CO., INC.,
a South Carolina Corporation with its principal office
located therein in the City of Easley, "Assignor", to R. C.
COBB, INC., an Alabama Corporation with its principal office
located therein at Suite A, Eastwood Mall in the City of
Birmingham, "Assignee". .
For and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 .and

is hereby acknowledged, the Assignor hereby assigns to the
Assignee the following:
1. Assignor's full right, title and interest in and to
a lease made by Ronald C. Rutschinski, individually and
Ronald C. Rutschinski, Trustee, as Landlord and Assignor as
Tenant, dated November 21, 1978, as amended by First Lease
Modification Agreement dated February 26, 1979, a Memorandum
of which lease was filed for record on March 13, 1979 and
appears at record in O.R. Book 304, Pages 2829-2831 in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, covering premises
fronting on the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
No. 1 in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
and as modified by a letter agreement between General American
Life Insurance Company and Assignor, dated January 25, 1979,
originals or true and correct copies of which are attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
