individually and Ronald C. Rutschinski, Trustee and Assignor
dated November 21, 1978 and filed for record on March 13,
1979 and appears of record in O.R. Book 304, Page 2822-2828
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida covering
the propert;~ described in said Lease and adjacent premises
owned by the said Ronald C. Rutschinski, et al., an original
or true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "B".
3. Assignor's full right, title and interest in and to
an Attornment Agreement between John H. Sutherland, et al.
and Assignor filed for record on March 13, 1979 and appears
of record in O.R. Book 304, Pages 2832-2836 in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida and covering the premises
described in said lease, an original or true and correct
' copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C".
4. Assignor's full right, title and interest in and to
an Attornment Agreement between First Citrus Bank of Indian
River County and Assignor filed for record on March 13, 1979
and appears of record in O.R. Book 304, Pages 2837-2840 in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and covering
the premises described in said lease, an original or a true
and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Lease unto the Assignee
and its successors and assigns from the date hereof, for the
-rest of the term, together with options mentioned in said
Lease subject to said Cross Parking Easement, Attornment
Agreements and the rights of General American Insurance
Company arising by virtue of said letter of agreement dated
January 25, 1979 executed by Assignor, and further subject
to the rents, covenants, conditions and provisions contained
in the aforesaid documents.
