The Assignee hereby agrees to assume the Lease for
the balance of the term thereof and to pay the rent and

additional rent and to faithfully perform all of the coven-

ants, stipulations, and agreements contained therein.
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, t

any complete set of which shall constitute the complete
agreement of the parties hereto.
Assignee shall take possession of the premises
August 15, 1979. •
