has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPOF.
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK C~ONSTR UCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDR IO
CORPORATION. said Assignment ceing revo?rded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20ti5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot. block and
unit numoers !n Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, stove said arrearage has now been paid:
