said description in this conveyance includes but is-not limited to,
all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including
the limited common use elements assigned thereto, and including the
undivided interest in the common use elements of the Condominium.
SUBJECT TO: Existing taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, re-
servations, restrictions, rights of way and easements affecting the
property and all limitations set forth in the aforesaid Declaration
