HomeMy WebLinkAbout0158 4'71191 RESOLUTION NO. 79-115 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning classification be granted, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on December 18, 1979 after publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on December 3, 1979. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 18th day of December, 1979 as follows: 1. That the zoning of the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: That part of~ the N 3/4 of NEB. of NE; Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying south of Canal No. 7, less Virginia Avenue right of way and that part SEA of NW; of NE; lying south of Canal No. 7 and east of Canal No.. 29 owned by ANJA, INC. AND MISTEL, INC, be and the same is hereby changed from B-2 (limited business) and R-1C (residential, single- family) to B-3 (arterial business). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to be made on ,the Official Zoning Map of St.Lucie County as set out .above and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of adoption of this resolution.
